Urfa
If you’re a regular visitor to the Faubourg Saint-Denis, it’s hard to miss the little shop ofUrfa Dürüm which attracts its fair share of gourmands every day. The fact that so many onlookers flock to the door of this (very) small bistro is surely due to the reputation of the dürüm, the establishment’s delicious specialty, which is surely one of the best sandwiches in the capital.

In this stall on rue des Petites Écuries the star of the menu is a good Turkish pizza.
