Executive Chef Mylo Levin, who trained at the Ferrandi school in Paris before making his mark in renowned establishments such as La Méditerranée and Le Jamin, Le Papillon and Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, offers a cuisine in tune with the times, sublimating high-quality seasonal produce with a refinement that’s hard to match.
