Yora, the first festive Japanese restaurant
Attention nikkei fans. What’s nikkei? A fusion of the best of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine. In Pigalle, the Yora restaurant is considered one of the temples of this cuisine. Featuring Peruvian specialties such as guacamole, ceviche,ají amarillo, grilled octopus and tiradito (a type of sashimi), revisited in a Japanese sauce, with yuzu, nigiri, miso, matcha or sesame. Signature dishes are accompanied by tasty cocktails (also signature) based on tequila, mezcal, rum or sake. Le Chalet du lac
At the edge of the Bois de Vincennes, you’ll find a unique venue: Napoleon III’s former hunting lodge, now a veritable temple of festivity. Under Europe’s largest disco ball, designed by Philippe Starck himself, in a guinguette atmosphere with a south-facing terrace facing the lake on fine days and barbecues in summer, you are invited to push back the tables at Chalet du Lac after enjoying a top-flight dinner featuring French cuisine, creative, contemporary and colorful French cuisine, as well as dishes to share, to join the dance floor and sway to a variety of rhythms ranging from the hits of the ’80s to today’s Ce, until 5am.
