Poggi Cup poggi Cup, a new hangout for street food fans, is a real UFO, as much for its flamboyant Memphis-style decor as for its original concept. The idea? An innovative, gourmet takeaway street food concept. The result is the Poggi Cup, a dish that is unstructured and upside-down in its composition, then served in a cup.

Traditionally, and almost religiously, arranged vertically in other establishments, here the meat spit is cooked horizontally, hence the name of the restaurant. So, genius or blasphemy?

Always on the lookout for unusual food concepts in the capital, we couldn’t miss the restaurant Noori which recently opened in the heart of rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin.
