Paris is also getting back into the culinary swing of things, so for the occasion, we’re giving in to temptation at one of these five newly-opened addresses in the capital. Time to eat!
Goiko, the best burger in Paris
Arriving in Paris in 2019, Goiko seduces lovers of good burgers in the heart of its 2 addresses, respectively installed in Richelieu and Oberkampf. Since 2021, Goiko has even held the prestigious title of ” best burger in Paris “, no less! To your delight, the brand has just opened a 3rd address, this time in the Latin Quarter!
Goiko, 43 boulevard Saint Michel, 75005 Paris
Noori and the amazing concept of tacosushi
Always on the lookout for unusual food concepts in the capital, we couldn’t miss Noori, a restaurant that recently opened in the heart of rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin. In this stall, decorated like an authentic Japanese tavern, you’ll be able to sample an astonishing dish commonly known as “tacosushi”, an unusual fusion of – you guessed it – taco and sushi.
Noori – 18-20, rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, 75010
MOSUGO by Mory Sacko
After making the whole of Paris salivate with his first establishment MoSuke, Mory Sacko is back with the announcement of the opening of two new Parisian restaurants! At the time of the confinement, the former Top Chef contestant regaled us with MOSUGO, his fried chicken offering. Today, the concept has been extended and is now physically available in Paris, much to our delight! The icing on the cake is that you get two addresses for the price of one!

As you’ll have gathered, the cookie is in the spotlight here, with the promise of some thirty exceptional recipes, created with the same attention to quality and authentic taste that characterize the cuisine of this man who has made his mark on the menus of the greatest palaces.

Brasserie Martin: the latest addition to the Nouvelle Garde
Having already thrilled the taste buds of Paris with the Bellanger and Dubillot brasseries, La Nouvelle Garde tripled the stakes with the opening of Brasserie Martin last July. With its leafy terrace, straightforward recipes and extensive wine cellar, La Foule has all the assets that attract crowds and make the group such a success.
