Cinéma Paradiso open-air cinema festival at the Louvre, 2025 edition – July 2 to 5
Event! The brilliant Cinéma Paradiso is back in the Cour Carrée of the Louvre, for a 5th summer edition. In July, if you’re lucky enough to be selected by lottery, you’ll be able to take part free of charge in this not-to-be-missed cinema event in Paris. This year’s program includes screenings of Virgin Suicides (with Sofia Coppola) and In the Mood for Love. What’s more? DJ sets, bars, foodtrucks and concerts, for a festive, gourmet festival experience. Will you be one of the lucky ones?

Open-air cinema returns to La Villette in summer 2025, after a one-year absence – July 23 to August 17, 2025
After a break due to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Parisians’ favorite open-air cinema is back on the Prairie du Triangle. Lovers of the seventh art will no doubt have recognized it: the free open-air cinema at La Villette! This year’s program includes screenings after dark, so you can admire cult films under the stars. La La Land, Barbie, Rocketman, Mamma Mia! Les Choristes, Hair… Summer 2025 is all about music! New this year: the addition of young audience screenings at 6pm, for children aged 4 and over. Screenings of Kirikou, The Wizard of OZ, Madagascar, Ballerina and Chicken Run are sure to delight our little ones! Discover the full program here.

An open-air cinema at the Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace, with Pearl Harbor projected onto an aircraft cabin – July 4, 5 and 6, 2025
The iconic Ciné Tarmac returns for summer 2025, with a magical new program! Settled on a deckchair on the tarmac at Le Bourget, you’ll have the chance to watch films projected directly onto the fuselage of a Boeing 747. How unusual is that? Le Cinéma en plein air du Rooftop de l’Hôtel Paradiso – June to September 2025
This summer, the Festival Paradiso invites you to the idyllic Rooftop of the Hotel Paradiso. Until September, unique film screenings are organized in the heart of this high-perched Garden of Eden. With free admission, “Le film du dimanche soir” is organized on the Rooftop on the last evening of the weekend, with reservations. For €18.00, you can watch the film of your choice on the Rooftop, sipping the drink of your choice. (Box office opens on July 4 for July screenings).

For over 20 years,the Silhouette Festival has championed demanding programming through a fabulous free event accessible to all.
