Part escape game, part game show, this 1-hour-and-15-minute adventure has you tackle five team challenges in life-size settings: a naval cannon battle, a drumming contest at the treasure door, agility and memory challenges… all leading up to the final assault on Blackbeard’s loot. Open to children ages 6 and up, with a “Ship’s Boy” mode tailored for younger kids, it’s an ideal family outing during the All Saints’ Day break. Kids can even put on a pirate kit (scarf, hat, eye patch, and stickers) to get into the festive spirit.

For Halloween, the Paradox Museum Paris dives into the mysterious world of Edgar Allan Poe, with the raven as the central theme. Through November 1, the decor is all about thrills, and a reimagined scavenger hunt awaits visitors ages 7 and up! The most daring visitors won’t want to miss Raven Nights, October 24–31: evening openings from 7 p.m. to midnight, featuring a magician and a hypnotist who blur the line between reality and illusion. And to end your visit on a sweet note, France’s first Hans & Gretel shop treats you to waffles, ice cream, and its magical cone.

For a Halloween evening that’s out of the ordinary, head to Chevilly-Larue for the Scary Krun Game, a pop-up experience that combines an escape room with a laser tag game. In the basement of a parking garage—transformed into a secret laboratory—you’ll find yourself in the midst of a chilling scenario: a mad scientist and his rather unsettling intern are preparing a chemical weapon designed to repel an alien invasion. Whether you’re alone, with a partner, or with friends, you’ll form your team on-site (maximum 10 participants per session). Through November 8, Parc Astérix is getting into the Halloween spirit with “Peur sur le Parc.” There’s a new attraction this year: the Forest of No Return, a 250-meter nighttime trail where about fifteen actors will throw you off balance (only on nights with extended hours).
