Île-de-France’s most award-winning: La Pelle & la Toque
In search of the best macaron in Île-de-France? The Seine-et-Marne département and the Syndicat des Boulangers du Grand Paris have handed out their prizes. The two boutiques La Pelle & la Toque, in Sannois and L’Isle-Adam, have just won two gold and two bronze medals. The Sannois boutique won in the “innovative macaron” category with a lemon-mint creation, while the L’Isle-Adam boutique took gold for a chocolate macaron. A foie gras and fig macaron also won a jury prize.
