Which Yule log will you be putting on your festive table this year? If you haven’t made up your mind yet, we’ll help you decide with these true pastry gems, as beautiful as they are delicious, that are sure to impress your guests. Here are the best and most beautiful Christmas Logs 2025 in Paris (And at Paris Secret, we’ve tasted them ALL!).
The most spectacular: “Joyau des Pins”: Anne Coruble’s exceptional log for the Peninsula, a 13-layer Christmas creation inspired by the forest.
Peninsula pastry chef Anne Coruble unveils “Joyau des Pins”, a log sculpted like a pine cone, inspired by winter forests and the Christmas imagination. Composed of thirteen layers in homage to the thirteen Provençal desserts, it blends contrasting textures and woody fragrances (pine, honey, rice, chocolate). Its flaky top celebrates the art of poaching, while its base is divided like a gourmet tablet. This creation evokes winter undergrowth, childhood and the magic of New Year’s Eve, for a tasting experience that’s both aesthetic and emotional.

The most poetic: the Café de la Paix x Repetto Yule Log
Café de la Paix and Maison Repetto unveil their Yule Log: a veritable jewel of delicacy, wonderfully named “L’Adage de la Rose”. A creation in powdery shades, in the shape of a ballet tutu, inspired by Sleeping Beauty and the emblematic Repetto tutu. Imagined by Chef Simon Letailleur, it perfectly combines mandarin-vanilla mousse, rosewater sponge cake, praline-pistachio crunch and mandarin-milk chocolate insert. And having tasted it, we can assure you that it’s one of the best Yule Logs of the year: perfect balance, interplay of textures and lightness on the palate.

The most ethereal: the Shangri La Paris Yule Log
For the holidays, Pastry Chef Timothy Lam presents Fleur de Vanille, a delicate log inspired by the Bauhinia flower, the symbol of La Bauhinia restaurant at Shangri-La Paris.
Fashioned like a veritable jewel, it combines a soft vanilla cookie, a fragrant milk jam, a subtly roasted vanilla cream, an airy mousse and a vanilla crunch, all wrapped in a fine white chocolate shell. An elegant, poetic creation, where each texture highlights the aromatic depth of vanilla in perfect harmony. One of our favorite Paris Bûches of the year at Paris Secret.
