Just as Disneyland Paris offered visitors an exceptional Halloween season, thanks in particular to its ephemeral restaurant inspired by Phantom Manor, Christmas magic is about to take hold of the Park once again. Sparkling decorations, an exceptional light parade… Once again, magic will take over the four corners of the park, promising to make the eyes of young and old shine.
From November 8, celebrate the magic of Christmas with the whole family, with Disney’s Enchanted Christmas.
Get ready for another magical Christmas season at Disneyland Paris! From November 8, the park is (already) abuzz with enchantment. Gone are the Disney Villains, pumpkins and enchanted projections on Main Street facades. Make way for majestic fir trees, immaculate sparkling snow and fairy lights. But what enchanting surprises and novelties are in store as the festive season approaches?
A glittering 24-metre-high Christmas tree, snowflakes falling from the sky and the arrival of Mother Christmas at Disneyland Paris.
Like every year, the huge 24-metre-high Christmas tree will tower over Main Street USA. In the main alley, snow will fall several times a day, leading visitors right up to Sleeping Beauty’s castle. Once a day, Aurora and Prince Philippe will come to greet the public. And they won’t be the only ones out to meet dreamers young and old. Stitch and Goofy will even try to imitate Santa’s appearance.
And this year, Santa won’t be parading around alone. For the very first time at Disneyland Paris , Mother Christmas will be on hand, ready to listen to children’s sweet wishes.
The Disney Christmas parade, a princess waltz at the foot of Sleeping Beauty’s castle and a ceremony to light up the huge Christmas tree.
Not to mention Disney’s traditional Christmas parade, which is as enchanting as ever. In fact, in 2022, “Mickey and his Sparkling Christmas Parade” won the prestigious Brass Ring Award for being the “most creative Christmas show” in the theme parks. To the rhythm of the most beautiful Disney music, Mickey, Minnie, Santa Claus and the Disney Princesses will light up the aisles as night falls, adding a touch of magic to this enchanting festival.
Another surprise to plunge you into the heart of fairytales: the Disney Princesses will be performing the “Disney Princesses Celebrate the Holidays” show . At the foot of Sleeping Beauty’s castle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Rapunzel, Belle, Ariel and Snow White will dance a magical waltz. Another surprise this year: as night falls, visitors can gather in Town Square to take part in the lighting ceremony of the huge Christmas tree, all to the enchanting accompaniment of a live choir singing the most beautiful Christmas carols.
And to prolong the magic… Christmas goodies in the boutiques, festive treats and a princely Christmas at the Disneyland Hotel.
What could be better than gifts made in Disneyland Paris to slip under the tree? This year, a fine selection awaits Disneyland Addicts in the boutiques. New items include Mickey and Minnie plush toys in their Christmas outfits, the much-loved Mickey candy cane bubble wand, and a cape from Belle’s winter outfit and her brand-new headband adorned with red sequins and Mickey heads.
And if you want to immerse yourself in the magic of the festive season, don’t forget to visit La Boutique du Château, open all year round and entirely dedicated to Christmas, where you’ll find everything you need to decorate your tree. To prolong the magic of the festive season, visit the Chalets Gourmands on Place de Remy and Rue de Paris, as well as Fantaisyland, where you’ll be able to sample comforting festive delicacies.
Another not-to-be-missed beauty: experience the magic of Christmas at the Disneyland Hotel. For the occasion, Disney’s most beautiful hotel is decked out in its splendid traditional Christmas decor and promises total immersion. In particular, the never-before-seen show “The Guardian of Time and the Light of Winter”, a Christmas tale that will come to life in the Lobby. Not to mention the “Mon Rêve Royal” animation, which transforms children into princes and princesses for a day, with make-up, hairstyling, festive costumes and a magical photo session.
