An ephemeral restaurant inspired by the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland Paris
Disneyland Addicts know all about The Lucky Nugget Saloon, Frontierland ‘s iconic restaurant . But as Halloween approaches, the place seems to have been invaded by striking spirits… Under the influence of these otherworldly guests, the park’s famous saloon is transformed into The Unlucky Nugget Saloon. A place inspired by the must-see attraction Phantom Manor, aka The Haunted House.
The gloomy décor, eerie shadow play and creaky music from the famous manor house combine to create an experience as strange as it is deliciously disturbing. The story behind this ephemeral restaurant is, of course, that of the Ravenswoods, Thunder Mesa’s wealthiest family.
Once slated to host Melanie Ravenswood’s lavish wedding reception, the venue was eventually abandoned. The reason? The mysterious disappearance of Melanie’s fiancé, the bride-to-be. And while the wedding ceremony never took place, it’s rumored that ghosts and guests still await the ball in the reception hall…Now dubbed “The Unlucky Nuggets” by the residents of Thunder Mesa, this abandoned venue has become a local legend. It is said that whoever dares to dine here never leaves quite alone…

The decor, inspired by Victorian weddings, blends faded elegance with a chilling ambience. Center stage: a long table set for guests who will never come, a portrait of the eternally lonely bride, and a haunted wedding cake that remains intact, as if frozen in time. But rest assured, visitors will be able to sit down and discover an original menu, created especially for Halloween. The menu is inspired by the mysterious story of the Ravenswoods and their daughter’s never-before-celebrated wedding.
