If chocolate accompanies Pierre Hermé for as long as he can remember, the world-famous pastry chef had never before opened an address entirely dedicated to the delicacy in Paris. This has now been achieved, with the recent inauguration of Infiniment Chocolat, in the heart of the Boulevard des Capucines in Paris’s 2nd arrondissement. It’s a great place to discover a thousand treasures.
Pierre Hermé’s first chocolate shop opens in Paris
While he had already exploited the sweetness of cocoa in 2020 in Paris, with a collaboration with La Maison du Chocolat pierre Hermé had not yet opened a chocolate factory in the capital. From now on, you’ll be able to discover his mouth-watering universe, in a sensory boutique that honors chocolate in all its forms and sublimates it through its scenography.
Indeed, in this space designed by the Jouin-Manku studio, everything has been conceived to make the experience immersive. French wood, copper, glass and linen: the materials have been carefully selected, and the creations arranged with care, making for a pleasing, harmonious whole.
But please believe us, it’s not just the decor that’s a knockout… Here, all the house’s creations are a subtle blend of tastes, textures and surprises, and the audacity of master Pierre Hermé is evident in every little bite. Among the delicacies on sale are marshmallow flowers, pure-origin tablets, filled tablets and exquisite chocolate bonbons.
These are just some of the many good reasons to come and visit this brand-new chocolate factory, and we look forward to seeing you there!
