The Haute Couture exhibition at the Musée du Louvre
At the end of January, the Musée du Louvre opens its doors to its first exhibition entirely dedicated to fashion in the heart of Paris. An unusual first for a 231-year-old museum, this exhibition brings together artefacts from the Byzantine and Second Empire periods with fashion pieces designed by the greatest designers. In all, admire 65 outfits and 30 haute couture accessories, including creations by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Yohji Yamamoto and Marie-Louise Carven. The Rick Owens fashion exhibition at the Palais Galliera in Paris
