Gone are the traditional croissants – this time the viennoiserie is eaten up-to-the-minute, and ultra hot!

For his famous “bar minute” range, Chef Phillipe Conticini unveils his latest ultra-gourmet creation. What’s on the menu? A buttery croissant dough toasted panini-style, topped with a Conticini spread of course. An alliance of tastes and textures, combining the melt-in-your-mouth chocolate heart with the crispness of a warm croissant. As usual, this delicacy will be prepared before your very eyes.
