Gourmet alert! For this new season of the Bar à Millefeuille, Chef Philippe Conticini invites you to two of his Parisian boutiques. Gourmets will once again be able to sample the chef’s iconic pastry, which he creates with inverted puff pastry and vanilla custard like no other.
For the return of the Bar à Millefeuille minute, the Chef will be welcoming Parisians to his 16th arrondissement boutique on March 15, 2025. Then, a change of scenery on March 16, at the Philippe Conticini boutique in Boulogne-Billancourt.

In the boutique or online, you’ll have the opportunity to personalize your own millefeuille. Garnish, topping… you can let your tastes and desires guide you! Classic, praline, almond-hazelnut, salted butter caramel… Which one will you fall for? Quantities are very limited, so come and make your own Millefeuille à la française, Conticini style!
