Les Jardins du Faubourg welcomes us to an absolutely sublime setting. In this beautiful space lit by natural light, three rooms are available: a cosy room with subdued lighting and velvet sofas, another brighter room with a convivial atmosphere under the sublime greenhouses, and a third green and vegetal room outside.
For the main course, chef David Pecorella offers eggs to order (soft-boiled, Benedict, omelette, scrambled) with a choice of accompaniments. Once we’ve chosen our hot drink (comforting hot chocolate, soft cappuccino, etc.), it’s time for the buffet! A quinoa or pasta salad with a creamy sauce, cold meats or cheese for the savoury side, and for dessert a farandole of delicacies: mini pastries, doughnuts, crêpes and homemade cakes… You simply don’t know where to put your fork, it’ s all so good! A special treat is the avocado toast, available as an add-on to the 79 euro menu, which is simply delicious.
