You won’t have to count the calories before starting this daring crossover. A truly original alternative for all those who can’t get enough of frangipane.
Here’s the recipe concocted by Cuisine Ta Mère:
Ingredients:
450 g reblochon cheese
30 g bacon
1 onion
2 puff pastries
Parmesan cheese
1 fava bean (of course)
Steps :
- Mince onion.
- Brown the bacon and onion in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Cut tartiflette cheese in half.
- Place first half in center of puff pastry.
- Hide the bean inside the cheese.
- Garnish with bacon and onions.
- Place the second half of the cheese on top.
- Cover with the second puff pastry.
- Brown the pastry with an egg.
- Close the edges with a knife and decorate the rest of the pastry.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
