You certainly couldn’t miss the news: from now on, you’ll be able to swim in the Seine. A novelty which, let’s face it, doesn’t appeal to everyone. Despite major efforts to clean up the river, many Parisians are afraid of what they might find… So we’ve come up with the best compromise for you: swimming in a pool overlooking the Seine. But not just any pool: the most beautiful pool with a view in Paris.
A pool overlooking the Seine
This sublime pool on the Seine is sure to be your summer favorite. The Josephine Baker pool offers an unobstructed view of the river, without actually bathing in it. With its 25-metre length and four lanes, you’ll be able to swim several lengths!

Created in 2006, when Paris-Plage was created, this pool-peniche is one of the capital’s most popular. Whether the weather’s fine or not, the pool can cope with any situation: its large glass roof, designed by Robert de Busni, can be opened or closed, allowing you to escape the elements.
After a big splash, we recommend warming up in the cosy 500 m² solarium. Good to know: the pool is one of the few open late for night owls, closing every night of the week at 9.30pm! Perfect for a cool dip before bed!

Open every day from Monday to Sunday, you don’t need to reserve a time slot to enjoy the pool. A lovely pool overlooking the Seine to try out this summer.
💶 Price: between 2 and 3.50 euros per day
