After Notre-Dame, it’s on to Montmartre. Less than a year after arriving in Paris, All’Antico Vinaio is set to open a second location in the capital—and not just any location: this new restaurant will quite simply be the chain’s largest in the world. See you on October 8, 2026, at 2 Rue Lepic, just a few steps from the Moulin Rouge.
Whereas the first Parisian store, which opened on Rue du Petit-Pont in 2025, occupies just a few dozen square meters, the Montmartre location will occupy an entire 500-square-meter building spread over four levels. It will feature the large counter where sandwiches are prepared to order, a space dedicated to daily bread baking, a kitchen for homemade dishes, and—for the first time—a full dining room with table service.
The famous Florentine schiacciate are coming in XXL size
For those who aren’t yet familiar with the spot, All’Antico Vinaio was founded in Florence in the late 1980s. Its specialty: schiacciata, a crispy Tuscan flatbread topped to order with Italian cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, and homemade spreads. Over the years, the brand has become a true institution in Florence before expanding to New York, Los Angeles, Dubai, and Paris.

In Paris, some recipes have already become must-tries: the Paradiso with mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachios; the Italiana with Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella; and the Boss, topped with cured ham, pecorino, and truffle cream. Price-wise, expect schiacciate to range from €11 to €15.
With its large glass facade opening directly onto Rue Lepic, the new restaurant will also put more of the preparation process on full display. Passersby will be able to see the counter, the ingredients, and the schiacciate being assembled to order from the outside.
Location: All’Antico Vinaio, 2 rue Lepic, 75018 Paris
Hours: Opens October 8, 2026; daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
