Would you be tempted to try a warm apple tarte tatin? Do you love flans? Then imagine the sweet marriage between these two pastries? After the Flangipane that seduced us last year, Nèulo strikes again with its Flantatin. A unique pastry that perfectly blends the two flavors of tarte tatin and flan.
Indulge in Flantatin, the new product from Néulo patisserie
It’s winter, and with the festive season approaching, we’re in the mood for an extra dose of comfort. While some like to get their hands dirty, making Yule logs and other sweet treats, others prefer to rush to the patisserie. As the year draws to a close, surprise your taste buds and come and sample the little novelty created by Pastry Chef Pierre-Jean Quinonero: the Flantatin.
The 2021 French Dessert Champion promises an explosion of flavors with this bold new flan. You’ll find the caramelized apples so characteristic of Tarte Tatin, topped with a Madagascar vanilla appliance reminiscent of the flan’s sweetness. Each slice is decorated with a pretty quenelle of mascarpone whipped cream, for even more deliciousness. Crunchy then melt-in-your-mouth, the combination of flavors is once again perfectly mastered. A delicious dessert, perfect for a snack break!
Price: 7.30 euros for a slice and 30 euros for the full Flantatin. A flan that will once again break the internet!
