In the company of France’s biggest youtuber, chef Eloy Spinnler is back with the third installment of his “l’Ambassadeur” concept. On the menu, a gourmet revisiting of the most regressive dish of our childhood: the famous coquillettes au jambon. A highly comforting dish, with all proceeds going to the Petits Princes charity.
A gourmet alliance for pleasure and commitment
Fresh from opening Envie le Banquet, a 500-square-meter responsible all-you-can-eat buffet in the Marais district of Paris, Eloy Spinnler has just unveiled the latest episode of l’Ambassadeur on Youtube. After Clarak Paneer and Liane Khojandi, this time it’s Squeezie’s favorite dish that takes center stage. In three comforting recipes, sublimated coquillettes au jambon are now on the menu of Bonaloi Group restaurants.
The story has come full circle! After appearing in Squeezie’s “Qui est l’imposteur?” format, Eloy Spinnler now welcomes the man with 20 million subscribers into his kitchen at Envie le Banquet. The video, which has already racked up a million views, takes us behind the scenes of the creation of this plate.

Until January 25, Envie will be serving Squeezillettes, the original recipe for buttery coquillettes with comté cheese, ham and gravy. Colère will be serving Pasta Squeezo, a spicier version with labneh, carrots, black garlic and chorizo, while Orgueil will be serving generous Mc&Squeeze au gratin with comté cheese and gorgonzola.
Three original recipes to discover in the heart of Bonaloi’s restaurants, all for a good cause. Profits from the Ambassador’s dish will be donated to the Petits Princes association, which makes the dreams of seriously ill children come true, and works daily in their fight against illness.
So beyond the big treat, treat yourself to squeezillettes for a good cause.
