For many consumers, thrift stores are the first port of call for second-hand fashion. Paris has a large number of them, and it’s not easy to know which door to go through? Whether you’re looking for a vintage nugget, are on a budget or want to consume more responsibly, here’s an overview of the cheapest (and best) thrift stores in Paris!
La Venelle – France’s first second-hand street

This 1,800 m² hybrid space is a lifestyle experience in its own right. In the heart of the Montreuil district, just opposite the Robespierre metro station, you’ll find stylish thrift shops, vintage furniture, reconditioned household appliances… And all at low prices! Eight solidarity stores are available, including Emmaüs Défi, la Recyclerie Sportive and Envie Trappes. You’ll also find an XXL workshop where you can learn how to repair your household appliances, sew your jeans or improve your furniture.
📍 Location: 198 rue de Paris, just opposite the Robespierre metro station, and 159 rue Étienne-Marcel.
Chine with me – and its very Totally Spies boutique

Were you a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer? Or Charmed? Ever dreamed of shopping for the same outfit as Rachel Green in Friends? This thrift store will make you dizzy! Here, you’ll find carefully selected pieces inspired by your favorite TV shows and movies of the 90s and 2000s. A real favorite!
📍 Location: 85 rue Sedaine, 75011, Paris
⏰ Opening hours: 1pm-8pm Wednesday to Sunday
Les Sales Voleurs’ concept addresses

After his €4 burgers, Mangez et casssez-vous, Aniss Messadeck embarked on the thrift adventure with the same principle: offer products at mini mini prices! His first thrift shop, Les Sales Voleurs, opened in the 20ᵉ district of Paris, with a well-thought-out concept featuring a safe-robbed by criminals décor, weekly arrivals and, above all, sliding-scale prices according to the day of the week (Friday: €4.5 / Saturday €3.5 / Sunday: €4.5 / Monday €3.5 / Tuesday €2.5 / Wednesday €1.50 and Thursday €0.95). Since then, the Sales Voleurs family has expanded, with a store that looks like fast food, a prison or a cave!
📍Location: several stores in the 5th, 11th, 15th and 20th arrondissements.
Guerrisol the essential for a second-hand wardrobe

A trip to Guerrisol is like a treasure hunt, and you never know if you’ll come back triumphant! With a total of 17 locations in Paris, Guerrisol is the benchmark for fashionistas in search of inexpensive sapes, who have turned the store into a stylistic playground. On the racks and in the bins, tons and tons of clothes, shoes and accessories for every style (current ready-to-wear brands, premium range, leather jackets, streetwear and even a few vintage nuggets from time to time).
📍Location: several boutiques in the 6th, 13th, 14th, 17th and 18th arrondissements, as well as in Saint Denis (93200).
La Cadette, the cheerful thrift shop for solidarity

Little sister of the brilliant ressourcerie La Petite Rockette, La Cadette, like its elder sister, is committed to solidarity and reuse. Cheerful, militant, creative and warm, this boutique is also well-stocked. On its racks, you’ll find the “vintage cream” of the donations collected by La Petite Rockette from private individuals. Here, the focus is more on textile treasures from the past than on fast-fashion brands! There’s something for every 60’s to 90’s clothing hunter, and for just a few euros!
📍Location: 8, rue Riesener, 75012 Paris
Ding Fring, Le Relais’ network of boutiques

With 10 boutiques in the Paris region (and elsewhere in the country), Ding Fring is a great alternative for those who shun overflowing thrift stores and their clutter. Here, you’ll find enough items to indulge in nugget-hunting, but in an easy version. Men’s, women’s and children’s clothing is sorted by type, sold in very good condition and at very moderate prices all year round, and even more so during occasional promotions! You’ll find mainly recent pieces, with the occasional vintage garment on a dedicated rack!
📍Location: boutiques in the 15th and 20th arrondissements and others in Cergy (95000), Les Mureaux (78370), Pontoise (95300)…
BIS Boutique Solidaire is neither a thrift shop nor a vintage boutique, but 100% stylish.

Too tidy to be classified as a “thrift shop” and not specialized enough to be a vintage boutique, BIS Boutique Solidaire is one of the capital’s most remarkable addresses. Lovers of contemporary fashions (ready-to-wear, luxury or premium brands) who also appreciate vintage style will find a diversified and well-cared-for offering here! With its classic store feel, truly reasonable prices and products in excellent condition, BIS Boutique Solidaire has everything it takes to win the loyalty of second-hand fashion enthusiasts… and seduce even the most reluctant shoppers! In March 2025, the brand will open its fifth boutique!
📍Location: several boutiques in the 3rd, 9th, 14th, 15th and 18th arrondissements.
Free’p’star, the old-fashioned thrift store

With its addresses in the Marais (and Châtelet), Free’p’star is firmly established in Paris and in the address books of vintage lovers on a budget! An old-fashioned thrift store atmosphere, with loaded racks and €1 bins! Here, you’ve got to have a good eye, love to poke around and never expect to see a luxury nugget in perfect condition fall from the sky! Checked skirts, kitschy acrylic sweaters from the ’70s, oversized leather jackets from the ’80s or timeless trench coats – it’s a lottery depending on the day, but that’s what makes the hunt so exciting!
📍Location: several boutiques in the 4th arrondissement and one in the 1st.
Momo the cheapest

Just a stone’s throw from République, this little boutique shows its promise in its name! At Momo le moins cher, prices are very affordable indeed (shirts and skirts for €5) and the stock is varied! From vintage cotton blouses to blue overalls, from Levi’s jeans to military jackets, there’s something for every style, and you’ll find vintage pieces as well as more recent items!
📍Location: 31, boulevard de Magenta, 75010 Paris
