As every board sports fan knows, you can’t ride the way you want to in Paris. But fortunately, there are some pretty cool skateparks where you can have fun and do all the tricks you want! Here are our favourite places to go skate in Paris.
The bowl at Porte d’Italie
Well-known to all board sports fans, the Porte d’Italie bowl was designed by artist Peter Kogler. A pretty optical illusion in black and white, giving the impression that the ramp is sinking into the ground.
Place de la République, Paris’ open-air skatepark
Who hasn’t noticed this large space in the heart of the Place de la République? Here, children and adults alike are welcome! You can ride over an area of 3.4 hectares, with ramps and pyramids dotted here and there. A lot of fun!
Parc Clichy-Batignolles Martin Luther-King, a skatepark open to all
If you’re new to skateboarding, or if you like a more “family” atmosphere, you’ll love this skatepark. Here, scooters, skates and rollerblades are welcome. What’s more, the skatepark has everything you need for a good ride: ramps, inclines, slides… A paradise for ollies and flips.

The Poissy skatepark, the furthest away but the most iconic for riders
So yes, it’s true that the Poissy skatepark is a bit far away. But it’s definitely worth the trip! This multi-purpose skatepark is the perfect place to have fun all day long! You’ll find giant ramps, pyramids, ledges, two bowls… and everything else a skateboarder could dream of. Beware: this skatepark is packed at weekends!
EGP, a super skatepark in Paris
Located at Porte de la Chapelle, this gigantic semi-covered skatepark features several modules. Open to all, simply register at reception on your first visit. As for the rest, while some of the Blocs can be a little tight, there’s no shortage of sliding options!
