To celebrate the end of its exhibition, Figures du Fou. From the Middle Ages to the Romantics, the Musée du Louvre is organizing a festive closing with the Nuit des Fous. On the program: mini-shows, dancing and an exceptional concert by Zaho de Sagazan!
Until February 3, 2025, the Musée du Louvre will be focusing on the zany, the crazy – in short, the mad! With Figures du Fou. From the Middle Ages to the Romantics, the institution explores the visual representation of madmen from the 13th to the 16th century, with an exhibition of paintings, sculptures, tapestries, manuscripts and objects! And to celebrate the end of the exhibition, what better way than with a nocturne that resembles a crazy, artistic party! The Musée du Louvre has unveiled the program for this Nuit des Fous to be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, and you won’t be disappointed!

The museum has put together an alluring line-up for this unique nocturne of multi-disciplinary art and fantasy! Discover the artists who will take you on a wild ride through the Musée du Louvre, from the studio to the Pyramid, via the exhibition aisles!
There’ll be plenty going on at the Louvre on the evening of January 17! Among them, don’t miss the performances by dancers from the Ballet national de Marseille, directed by (LA)HORDE, who will move among the statues on the Cours Marly and Cours Puget. Another artist, another proposal with the Montmartre cabaret, Madame Arthur, who will pay tribute in her own way to the fêtes des fous and medieval carnivals… A wild time guaranteed!
