The ephemeral event of the moment is Chalet Montagne in the heart of Paris. Put on your Moon Boots and head straight for Miami Boulevard, converted this winter into a veritable gourmet ski resort. From 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., you can enjoy après-ski just like at the resort, with raclettes galore, original tartiflette, tarts flambées, Savoyard pizzas, homemade mulled wine, Génépi… everything you need to transport you into the chalet atmosphere. The evening starts at 6 p.m. and happy hour runs non-stop until 11 p.m., with beers, cocktails and wine at low prices, plus a live show of iconic hits from the ’80s and ’90s to follow on a clip-karaoke-style screen, and then it’s party time all night long: Miami Boulevard has something to warm up even the fussiest of you!

Chez Polpo’s cosy cabin

This winter, Polpo brings a breath of fresh air to the banks of the Seine. The restaurant has been transformed into a veritable urban ski resort, with cosy gondolas and illuminated fir trees adorning the premises. What’s on the menu? Nothing but comfort food: raclette, hot pretzels with cheese, waffles… The restaurant has also installed a curling rink to burn off a few calories after your meal! Isn’t that nice?
