It’s no longer a secret: Quentin Mauro is officially the new champion of Top Chef season 16! And the best part? You’ll soon be able to sample his tasty, inventive cuisine… The young chef is opening a temporary restaurant in Asnières-sur-Seine! And let’s face it: you’re going to have to be very quick to reserve a table with him. Here’s how!
How to reserve a table at Quentin Mauro’s restaurant?

A young chef full of talent and promise, Quentin Mauro distinguished himself throughout season 16 of Top Chef by his technical skills, finesse and bold choices. Winning the show’s final on July 2 against Charlie Anne, who did not disappoint, the Bonhomie Paris chef has not yet earned his Michelin star.

Far from giving up, on July 3 he opens his own restaurant in Asnières-sur-Seine, much to the delight of food lovers. Set up on a barge that smells of summer, the restaurant will seat just 20 diners until the team is fully up to speed, then 40! So let’s get one thing straight: places will be in high demand. The reservation calendar is already open on The Fork, and several slots will be offered each day. So keep an eye on The Fork app or website to make sure you don’t miss your chance. If possible, every day, as slots go fast…
What’s for dinner at Quentin Mauro?
Don’t worry, there’s plenty to eat and drink! Quentin will be offering a delicious 6-step gourmet menu, including an amuse bouche, a starter, two main courses, a pre-dessert and a dessert. If you like to match your wine to your dishes, you’ll have to pay an extra 50 euros.

For the moment, however, the dishes remain a mystery. We’re all familiar with Quentin’s taste for fine produce, short supply chains and working with textures… The only clue is fish, which will be the star of his menu! There’s no doubt that the flavors will be there.
