Blanc, a superb address in Paris
Chef Shinichi Sato is no stranger to Michelin stars. His previous restaurant, Passage 53, had already been awarded two stars. Now chef of Blanc, Shinichi is taking on a new challenge. All the ingredients that have made this chef a star in his field are here: rigorously selected products, impeccable technique and a perfect balance of flavors. A culinary highlight!

Sushi Yoshinaga, a nugget nestled in the 2nd arrondissement
This sushi counter has succeeded in combining all the delicacy of Japanese cuisine in a modern setting. Chef Tomoyuki Yoshinaga is no novice in the art of sushi, and has been delighting the taste buds of those lucky enough to sample his cuisine for 20 years. In this wood-panelled restaurant, designed to delight the senses, a unique menu is served: the chef’s omakase. Extra-fresh sushi from the day’s catch, perfectly paired with seasonal vegetables. A true ode to travel!
