A new address dedicated to the refined, gourmet world of pistachios is about to open its doors in Paris. Located in the 7th arrondissement, La Maison de la Pistache will open its first boutique at the end of November, and the whole capital is salivating with anticipation!
A temple to the pistachio soon to open in Paris
If you keep an eye on the culinary scene in Paris, you’ll know that pistachios are very much in vogue right now. At La Pistacherie or Chez Bachir, for example, this tasty nut is enjoyed in all its forms and without moderation. But for comfort before winter, a new temple dedicated to the delicious delicacy will also offer a new opportunity to indulge.
We look forward to seeing you on Thursday November 20, in the heart of Rue du Bac, for the grand opening. More than just a gourmet’s den, the Maison de la Pistache will offer a genuine educational experience on the fruit and its varieties. We’ll learn a little more about the thousand-year-old history of the “golden tree”, while indulging ourselves.
For example, you’ll be able to sample a myriad of recipes for pistachio appetizers. Paprika, zaatar, ginger or even rose and cardamom: there are a thousand ways to surprise your palate at this exceptional address. Also a delicatessen, this new address will offer pistachio powder, paste, chips and praline. Sweet and savoury oils, pestos and vinegars will be available, as well as confectionery and chocolates, perfect for a festival of flavours on the way home.
All you have to do is wait until the opening.
