Paris’s first frozen flan bar, open every day
While last year the Paris&Co bakery delighted us with its flan bar open every Sunday, this year the shop has really outdone itself with its frozen flan bar! Open every day, you can enjoy a dozen flavors, from the most classic to the most original: vanilla, pistachio, hazelnut, crème brûlée, matcha, taro… No detail is too small for this flan specialist, who won the award for best flan in Île-de-France in 2021!

Who’s behind this icy creation? The grandson of the Berthillon ice cream maker, who opened his own ice cream shop: Enzo et Lily. To craft this little gem, the flan mixture was blended with cream, eggs, milk, and a touch of beet sugar. After a spin in the ice cream maker to turn the mixture into ice cream, it’s folded into the flan’s puff pastry, which remains just as crispy on the palate.

The interplay of textures is incredible on the palate:the ice cream pairs perfectly with the crispiness of the puff pastry. The portions are very generous and will definitely leave you satisfied… A must-try spot for sunny days!
