Stressful city, romantic city or even dirtiest city : Paris is often at the top of all sorts of rankings, which may or may not give it pride of place! Today, a new study by Adobe Express ranks the capital as one of Europe’s “most creative cities”. By sifting through a myriad of data relating to art and creation, this ranking places the City of Light in the top 5. We explain everything.
Paris among the most artist-friendly cities
Is Europe a dream destination for artists? In any case, that’s precisely what Adobe Express has analyzed with this study. By analyzing a multitude of data and factors, a multi-variable index was created, like a score, giving rise to a ranking of European cities. The French capital came in 4th place, behind Milan, Berlin and London, which can be considered the European capital of creativity.
The rankings are based on a number of factors: the presence of universities and schools specializing in art and design, music and the performing arts, the number of art galleries, museums and theaters in each city, not to mention the cost of living. In short, these are all determining factors in establishing yourself as an artist.
Paris may not be Europe’s most creative city, but it does boast a large number of art galleries art galleries. At 447, this is an absolute record in Europe, far ahead of London and Berlin, with 277 and 278 respectively.
