Here, the milk cream has been lightly infused with pieces of fresh panettone to restore the cake’s distinctive taste. As a topping, the ice cream is sprinkled with pieces of candied orange, crunchy almonds and, of course, pieces of panettone.
This summer version is incredibly addictive, with a very light taste that recalls the brioche notes we love in this cake, without being overpowering either. A very, very delicious ice cream to treat yourself to all summer long.
