Pozzetto, 4ᵉ/3ᵉ
Off on another trip? Are you inspired by Italy? After all, Italian-style gelato is one of the most popular in the world. In Paris, we’re heading for Pozzetto to cross the Alps and meet up with our Italian neighbors. Made with fresh milk in the traditional way, Pozzetto’s ice creams are as generous in taste as they are in quantity. There’s no need to use a spoon here: we fill your cones just right, the old-fashioned way, with a spatula.

Le Bac à Glaces, 7ᵉ

When you say artisanal, you can also say family-run. Such is the case with this ice cream shop, located as a matter of course on rue du Bac, family-run since 1955. While a few new flavors and original creations appear in season, we come to Le Bac Ă Glaces above all to taste the sorbets of yesteryear and traditional flavors, thanks to manufacturing processes refined through generations for your greatest pleasure. Refresh yourself and immerse yourself in the ice-cream past of your childhood.

Berthillon, 4ᵉ

How about finishing with one of the world’s best-known ice cream parlors? Berthillon has been a craftsman’s savoir-faire since 1954. The method of making their artisanal ice creams hasn’t changed since, and a tasting of their ice creams quickly explains why. There’s nothing to change when something is already perfect. Today, the founder’s granddaughter leads the way, with the ice creams still produced above the store.
