As it does every year, the highly selective Michelin Guide has released its list of starred restaurants. And this year, it’s safe to say the capital has been studded with stars, as 11 new restaurants have just received their very first star. Here’s the list!
Michelin Guide: Paris’s New Star-Rated Restaurants

Among this year’s starred restaurants, 11 have just received their very first star this week. Among the lucky ones are:
- Héritages, in the 8th arrondissement. A small, intimate spot serving fresh, modern, and generous cuisine.
- Jin, in the 1st arrondissement. A very discreet traditional Japanese restaurant specializing in sushi. An absolutely wonderful place!
- Prévelle, in the 5th arrondissement. The restaurant of gourmet chef Romain Meder, which opened less than a year ago, reimagines plant-based dishes and the treasures of the land and sea in perfectly executed cuisine.
- Imperial Treasure, in the 8th arrondissement. A generous Chinese restaurant that has mastered the country’s culinary art to perfection !
- Pilgrim in the 15th arrondissement. Chef Masaki Nagao offers a unique three-course menu born from the meeting of Japanese and French cuisines in a fabulous fusion style.
- Hanada in the 7th arrondissement. A Japanese restaurant with a unique omakase menu centered around exceptional fish.
- Maison Ruggieri at the Palais-Royal in the 1st arrondissement. Two-starred chef Martino Ruggieri is rewriting history by offering poetic cuisine guided by memories of Italy.
- Zostera, in the 16th arrondissement. Chef Julien Dumas reinvents seafood cuisine through a bold menu featuring four, seven, or nine courses.
- Geoélia, in the 16th arrondissement. Cuisine deeply rooted in the seasons, blending land and sea.
- Irwin in the 8th arrondissement. Cuisine that will takeyour taste buds on a journey through the chef’s memories.
- Monsieur Dior, in the 8th arrondissement. Refined cuisine of great finesse, created by the multi-starred chef Yannick Alléno, who needs no introduction.
