As you know, the RATP is currently undertaking numerous construction projects across its entire network. RER, metro… almost no one is spared. With the goal of improving the safety and reliability of its services, this type of work inevitably involves extended closures of certain sections of the metro… Among the lines affected is Line 13, which will be disrupted for nearly a month and a half…
Line 13 will be disrupted for a month and a half starting this summer…
Among the most hated lines, Line 13 very often ranks among the worst metro lines. Slow, crowded, and always delayed—it’s simply hell! But this summer, it will be even worse. In fact, no trains will run between the Châtillon–Montrouge and Malakoff–Rue Étienne Dolet stationsfrom July 6 to 26.
But that’s not all: from July 31 to August 17, another section of Line 13 will be out of service. If you were planning to travel between Saint-Denis–Université and La Fourche during this period, you’ll need to adjust your plans… Please also note that the Porte de Vanves station will be closed from August 6 to 9.
And as if that weren’t enough, the line will be completely closed on certain dates, namely June 7 and 28, and August 2, 16, and 30… Of course, as with every service interruption, replacement buses will be available during rush hour to help you get around easily… Good luck!
