Ephemera Group, creators of immersive restaurants (Stellar, Under The Sea…), did just that.

In Paris, lovers of secret places have surely already pushed open the doors of Amazonas Bar. In the festive rue de Lappe, this atypical little bar propels you into an Amazonian jungle. But for a change, how about dining amid the lush vegetation of a restaurant in the heart of Paris? This is the idea of Ephemera Group, pioneers of immersive restaurants in Paris.
Ephemera Group has opened its third immersive restaurant in Paris. The name? Jungle Palace! The concept of this enchanting new restaurant? Set in a colonial house where nature has reclaimed its rights, chandeliers and lianas intertwine above vegetal and herbaceous plates, filled with exotic dishes inspired by typical Asian, African or South American fare and always homemade. “Once again, from the décor to the plate, everything is designed to immerse the guest in a total experience,” promises Groupe Ephemera. And if you’re looking for a change of scenery, no problem: you can also dine twenty thousand leagues under the sea, or even in space.
In fact, it was in the 13ᵉ arrondissement that Ephemera Group opened the city’s very first immersive restaurant in 2022. At the heart of Under The Sea, you’ll have the opportunity to dine in the depths of the Ocean. 4K video projections, sound and light effects, marine decors created by a film set designer… During your meal, you’ll admire the turquoise waters of the Pacific lagoons, meet the majestic fauna and marvel at the luminescent flora.
Building on the success of Under The Sea, Ephemera Group has more recently opened the doors to a new restaurant: Stellar. In the capital’s 11ᵉ arrondissement, an exceptional new scenography takes galaxy travelers into Space. Total immersion for a dinner that leaves us starry-eyed!
