New restaurants in Paris this fall: the Ducasse Baccarat restaurant
A high-flying culinary collaboration is taking shape this autumn. In the 16th arrondissement of Paris, the prestigious Maison Baccarat is joining forces with one of the world’s most renowned chefs: Alain Ducasse! In September 2024, the former Hôtel Particulier of Viscountess Marie-Laure de Noailles, as seen in season 4 of Emily in Paris, will be the setting. Completely reinvented, the restaurant will become “a place for experiences, moments of life and unexpected encounters, where art and craft meet, from noon to midnight.” To complete the experience, Baccarat’s “contemporary and solar works” will resonate with the renowned chef’s cuisine. In addition to its transformed restaurant, Maison Baccarat will unveil various dining and bar areas, as well as a garden and a magnificent ballroom.
