Bonobo returns to Paris. The British DJ and producer, whose real name is Simon Green, will perform his DJ set at the Salle Pleyel on Friday, March 26, 2027—a date that is part of the major European tour the artist announced for early 2027.
This tour, set to begin in early February 2027 with dates in the United Kingdom (Newcastle, Manchester, Brighton, Glasgow, Bristol) before a highlight performance at London’s Alexandra Palace on February 26, coincides with the release of “Distance in Static,” Bonobo’s new album released on September 11, 2026.
Bonobo, a pioneer of downtempo
Based in Brighton, Simon Green has been a fixture on the electronic music scene for a quarter of a century. He already has two albums that have charted in the UK Top 10: “Migration” (2017) and “Fragments” (2022), both of which peaked at No. 5 on the UK charts. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists as diverse as Erykah Badu, Damon Albarn, Skrillex, and Madonna.
While his tours with a live band, backup singers, and immersive stage design have largely contributed to his reputation, this Paris show will take the form of a DJ set—a rawer, more direct way to reconnect with the audience in a venue renowned for its acoustics.

Salle Pleyel, a historic venue for electronic music
Opened in 1927 and designated a historic monument since 2002, the Salle Pleyel was long a temple dedicated to symphonic music before shifting its focus to contemporary music in 2016. With a capacity of 2,503 standing room spots, it offers an intimate setting for this type of electronic music event.
