At Paris Secret, we had the chance and the immense honor of stepping inside this legendary café-restaurant, nestled a stone’s throw from the Opera, to try “Le Grand Brunch.” And its reputation lives up to its promises, both visually and culinarily. Every Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Café de la Paix welcomes foodies for a brunch that is as beautiful as it is delicious, created by Chef Laurent André.
Enchanted by the Second Empire decor, gourmets discover several hot and cold, savory and sweet buffets adorning large tables. On the menu? A huge seafood buffet elegantly arranged with oysters, shrimp, smoked salmon, and other delicacies from the sea. Surrounding this culinary masterpiece are a salad bar, cheese platters, charcuterie, and sushi.
