As you’re beginning to know, Paris is full of charming little addresses, some of them secret. From the finest cafés to bistronomic restaurants and Michelin-starred e ateries, there’s plenty to do. This time, we’re taking you to try out a hidden restaurant: a first of its kind in Paris.
L’Attilio: Paris’ first hidden restaurant
At first glance, this store looks like an ultra-sharp delicatessen dedicated to Italian terroirs. You’ll find excellent olive oil, handmade pasta and spices carefully selected by chef Attilio Marrazzo.
But on closer inspection, one detail catches our eye. At the back of the store is an imposing solid wood bookcase. Those with the audacity and curiosity to push it open will find an unsuspected universe… a hidden bistro / gourmet restaurant!
In this cosy setting, this restaurant offers fusion cuisine, combining the best of France and Italy. You can enjoy gourmet cuisine for special occasions, or bistro fare for convivial moments to suit all budgets.
On the bistro menu? A divine carpaccio that melts in your mouth, an incomparably creamy risotto… each bite transports you a little more to Italy. On the gastronomic side, l’Atillio offers a 5, 7 or 9-course menu. Conceived as a veritable voyage of the senses, the chef’s cuisine is a veritable ode to Italy through the seasons.
A culinary experience to share!
