The Canal de l’Ourcq is a great place in Paris where you can sail, but also pedal! The bike path, which stretches for over 100 km, offers a beautiful view of bridges, locks and the entire canal landscape. You can stop off at remarkable viewpoints, such as the Parc de la Poudrerie, where children can go horseback riding accrobranche and zip-lining.

If you really want to avoid Paris’s heavy traffic, the banks of the Seine are perfect for you. The flat, gradient-free cycle path allows you to skirt the Seine and enjoy the best views of Paris. The route starts at the Eiffel Tower and ends at Ile Saint-Louis, close to Notre-Dame therefore.

It’s true that the Buttes Chaumont park has something extra that the others don’t have. We like to go there for run make a picnic and, of course, cycling! You can rent a bike on site or bring your own.
