After establishing their HQ at Yoyo (under the Palais de Tokyo) and Virage, Disco Disco evenings are back with a new formula. Since the beginning of June, we’ve been heading for the Seine, for crazy evening cruises that transform the river into a dance floor every Tuesday!
The return of Disco Disco evenings
Disco Disco is back, and in a floating version! If you were familiar with their first evenings in Paris’ most popular clubs, you’ll be pleased to know that the organizers have added a new ingredient to their already cool event. For the new season, Disco Disco invites regulars and newcomers alike to change horizons. Bye bye terra firma, hello the Seine! Since the beginning of June, Disco Disco has been using a barge as its floating club! If you’re a fan of experimentation, escapism and parties in unusual places, you’re in for a treat all summer long!
A new season of evening cruises on the Seine
With the arrival of the summer season, dance parties are taking to the air, and for some, the sea! On June 3, Disco Disco inaugurated its itinerant clubbing with a view of the capital’s most beautiful sites (Jardin des Plantes, Notre-Dame, the Louvre, the Musée d’Orsay, the Grand Palais, the Eiffel Tower…). Every Tuesday, in the early evening, come aboard a barge for a 100% disco, house, soul and funk party. For 3 hours, DJs will take turns behind the decks to transport you back to the 70s and 80s, the golden age of these musical genres, while exploring their heirs! To complete this musical journey, get your most extravagant and glittering outfits ready, whether they be vintage or futuristic, say the organizers!
And after the cruise, the party’s not quite over yet, so we’ll keep the party going, this time on the quayside, until 2am!
