To start, an appetizer with the aromas of the Middle Kingdom, followed by the Chef’s signature dim sum. A steamed bite combining scallops, marine concentrate, and Osciètre caviar. The sensory journey continues with a fine selection of exceptional flame-grilled meats, such as truffled pork loin, crispy pork, and Cantonese duck. These dishes pay tribute to the festive traditions of the Lunar New Year.
For the main course, LiLi serves a braised quail with a tangy, spicy flavor, followed by a pearly turbot glazed with ginger and flavored with black truffle. The tasting continues with Bresse chicken with red dates and sticky rice sautéed with crab, abalone, and morel mushrooms. In other words, a menu enhanced by exceptional ingredients, which also evokes luck, abundance, and prosperity.
