The Paris & Co bakery has just opened its cheesecake bar, with the promise of a moment of sweetness and indulgence. Individual, rainbow-colored cakes with an airy, creamy texture are sure to surprise you with every bite. The secret? The resting time of the cheesecakes, which require an overnight preparation before being eaten. That’s why they’re so light on the palate!
When it comes to flavors, even the pickiest eaters will find something to their liking! There are the great classics, such as vanilla, chocolate, pistachio and praline cheesecakes, as well as more daring combinations: matcha, coconut, passion fruit and crème brûlée, one of the store’s bestsellers. In all, there are no fewer than 10 flavors to devour every Sunday. Incidentally, if you’re wondering, the cheesecake bar opens at the same time as the flan bar, whose vanilla flan was recently voted best flan in the Paris region.
