Each year, the Trophées Pudlo des Bistrots reward the capital’s most authentic addresses. The 2026 edition, presented on December 8, has just elected its new Bistrot of the Year, a title awarded in partnership with Rungis Market. This year’s winner can be found in the lively streets of the 10th arrondissement!
The Bistro of the Year 2026 is finally here!
The selection criteria for the trophies include sincere, generous local cuisine, a welcome that’s as important as the food itself, and that extra touch of soul that makes a great bistro. Since their creation in 2022, the Trophées Pudlo have rewarded bistros that perpetuate tradition while asserting a true modernity! And this year’s winner is Casimir, in the 10th arrondissement!
Following in the footsteps of previous winners such as La Grille Montorgueil, Le Paris XVI and Le Moulin à Vent, the winner of Bistrot de l’Année 2026 won over the jury with its masterful dishes, respect for the seasons, love of the product and warm atmosphere.
For years, this restaurant on rue de Belzunce has cultivated the spirit of a Parisian bistro. On the menu, you’ll find dishes that reassure as much as they delight: Gascogne ham croquettes, eggplant schnitzel and even ramen! Finally, on the sweet side, treat yourself to a Paris-Brest or a crêpe suzette. In short, a cuisine that’s straightforward, focused on products, inspired by the seasons and with clear-cut tastes.
With this distinction from the Trophées Pudlo 2026, Le Casimir officially joins a select circle of good neighborhood addresses to remember.
