Even though it’s summer, and most of you are on vacation or planning to go, the Paris Secret team continues to scour the streets of Paris for hidden nuggets. Whether it’s magnificent brasseries, hidden cafés or little-known parks… But here, we can say it without exaggeration: we’ve found the cutest café in Paris. Located in the Boom Boom Villette foodcourt, Pingwoo offers hot and cold drinks made from milk, sculpted here in three dimensions. It’s called 3D latte art, and as you’ll see, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

This is the very first café in France to offer 3D latte art. At Pingwoo, you can enjoy a whole range of delicious drinks at snack time or brunch. From a matcha as cute as it is delicious, in a classic or plant-based version, to a comforting hot chocolate or a hot or cold “chappuccino”… The choice is yours! The mousse here is sculpted cold, and decorated with chocolate and sometimes a little coffee to create fun shapes: cats, dogs, Ghibli characters… the choice is almost endless!
Of course, the success of latte art depends largely on the technical skills of the barista. So forgive us if the result doesn’t quite look like the “Instagrammable photo”, but the taste will still be there, we promise!
For the main course, the café offers excellent pancakes with seasonal fruits, generously drizzled with maple syrup, as well as a super gourmet chicken karaage. We also love the house French toast, super creamy and comforting as we like it. Perfect for lunch, afternoon tea or a gourmet brunch.
