Here, gourmets can discover pastry chef Anne Coruble’s trompe-l’oeil Easter creation, “Trésor d’Ébène”. Throughout April, the talented chef invites gourmets to sample her new spring tea-time. At tea time, in the heart of the palace, savor pastries that will take all your senses on a journey, such as frosted black garlic confit, a marbled crown, a drop-dead gorgeous Nantais cake, a chocolate flower and a vanilla heart cookie. To complete this springtime tea time, guests will be served savory canapés resembling veritable works of art. Seaweed tartlet, buckwheat crisp and poultry sablé with morel mushrooms are all part of this palatial taste journey. Whether sweet or savory, these springtime treats, with their incredible balance of textures and flavors, will tantalize all your senses!

Easter Brunch and Easter tea time at Hôtel de Crillon
This year, Chef Matthieu Carlin unveils new chocolate delights in the heart of the Butterfly pâtisserie, the Hôtel de Crillon’s sweet showcase. But that’s not all. For Easter, the Hôtel de Crillon is also hosting its Easter Brunch, this Sunday, April 20, 2025. Comfortably seated in the heart of the Salons Historiques, you’ll enjoy a gourmet chocolate interlude. On the menu, an incredible buffet featuring a fine selection of charcuterie, foie gras, oysters, pâté en croûte and croque-truffe.
In addition to eggs cooked to your liking, you’ll be able to sample a wide range of hot dishes such as Limousin lamb with Bear’s garlic, white asparagus meunière or farmhouse poultry fricassee with yellow wine. The Easter Brunch also features a huge cheese platter. As for sweets, there’s a fine selection from Mathhieu Carlin’s spring collection, including Madeleine coeur framboise, the incredible chocolate hazelnut crêpe cake, and the chocolate & praline almond tart.
