It is in this “royal” setting that an exceptional all-you-can-eat brunch takes place every Sunday. In addition to the classic pastries, eggs, and grilled bacon found just about everywhere, you can enjoy an assortment of cheeses, each more delicious than the last, extra-fresh seafood, as well as more sophisticated dishes: veal shoulder in sauce, seared carrots with sesame cream, asparagus risotto… A flawless experience!
The dishes are delicious, ranging from classicbrunch favorites to more daring and refined creations, without being over the top. Cocktail lovers can play at being mixologists by preparing their own drinks. The cocktail recipes, along with all the ingredients and utensils, are set out in a dedicated corner, letting your imagination run wild!
