The Royal Abbey of Royaumont is a feast for the eyes.Nestled in the heart of the Val d’Oise in a preserved green setting, sheltered from prying eyes, this little paradise will transport you to another time. You will discover a magnificent French-style garden surrounded by water, as well as a charming vegetable garden and the 9-square garden, whose landscape echoes the vaults and arabesques of the building…
Inside, the wonder remains unchanged. You will discover one of the most beautiful Gothic refectories in France, as well as the largest Cistercian cloister in the country. It is in one of these historic rooms that the abbey’s Sunday brunch takes place on the last Sunday of every month. From 11 a.m., you can enjoy a magnificent, well-stocked buffet lunch, featuring brunch classics such as pastries and scrambled eggs, as well as cooked dishes, cold starters and desserts.
