As the mercury begins to rise in the Parisian air, we wouldn’t say no to a trip to the beach. If you’re not too keen on taking the train, you can take to the deckchairs at the Beach Parisienne, a truly giant beach in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes! Open now!
A little haven of peace not far from the hustle and bustle of Paris
Imagine your feet in the sand, your hair blowing in the breeze… Impossible without leaving the hustle and bustle of Paris, you might say, but that was without counting on the return of the Beach Parisienne, the giant beach at Chalet du Lac. After an enchanting summer in 2024, Napoleon III’s former residence is once again transformed into a summer space just across the lake from Saint-Mandé.

For its return and that of the fine weather, the Beach Parisienne was given a makeover last year. Between the slabs of wood and the fine sand, you’ll find a host of deckchairs and mattresses to bask in the sun. For the 2025 season, we’re expecting a lot of you! Now that the stage is set, all that’s left to do is discover what gourmet and festive pleasures the Beach Parisienne has in store for us this summer.

Between two lounging sessions, you’ll be able to enjoy delicious mezzés as well as tasty Mediterranean dishes concocted by the chef. On the edge of the Bois de Vincennes, enjoy an excellent Sunday brunch from 11am to 4pm. And to accompany your gustatory tribulations, treat yourself to a cocktail or two at the bar, to the chill sounds of the DJs on hand.
Just a few more days to wait before (re)discovering this Parisian summer hot spot!
