Adela is the new Italian address on the Grands Boulevards, where Art Nouveau brasserie decor meets a passion for fresh pasta!
An Italian restaurant in an Art Nouveau setting
Adela has set up shop in a lively district overflowing with restaurants (to the point of not knowing what to do with them), with the aim of becoming a must-visit, especially for pastas fans! Ideally located a stone’s throw from the Grand Rex, Adela is sure to catch the eye with its facade and interior with a (very strong) Art Nouveau accent!
The inspiration here comes from the sublime brasseries of the late 19th century and their repertoire! Between homage and reinterpretation, at Adela’s we draw inspiration to reinvent! The great classics (stained glass, floral decor and woodwork) are reinterpreted with a welcome touch of sobriety and modernity! Homage, wink, rereading… Choose any word you like, the magic of this delightfully retro setting works its magic as you enter!
Pasta, pasta, pasta!
Fans of Italian cuisine, and pasta in particular, are in for a treat! Here, nothing but fresh pasta, made on the spot with local flour and sourced products and ingredients!
Alla puttanesca, amatriciana, al ragù, paccheri or agnolotti, pasta is available here in every sauce and form to delight the palate… and perfect your pasta culture! The menu features five recipes, no more, priced from €16 to €23, a good price for this neighborhood! Starters include charcuterie, cheeses and divinely seasoned whipped ricotta (a must-try!), while desserts are the great classics!
